No Show
- Please allow 30 minutes before sending in notice.
- Do not enter more then one no show per client.
- Be advised, if the no show is entered before the grace period is complete, the no show is not valid and will not be entered. All no shows are time-stamped as of the time of the form being submitted. Also note that a missed appointment fee should be reported within 24-48 hours or it will be disregarded.
- Smart Start does allow a 30 minute grace period for appointments.
